Bonny Quick

National & International Agility Trainer & Handler

“I love being caught up in the moment running my dog – oblivious to everything outside the ring, purely focused on our wild dance together.”

Bonny has been competing in and training agility for nearly a decade. She has competed within the UK and internationally at many championships – the European Opens, IFCS, IMCA, the World Agility Opens, Olympia, Crufts etc.

All Bonny’s dogs – across a range of height categories – have medalled internationally while representing Great Britain. Nationally, they have won many accolades including 13 Championship Tickets (CCs) and 6 Reserve Championship Tickets (RCCs).

Bonny has competed with a range of breeds and crossbreeds including Labrador Retrievers, Australian Kelpies, Border Collies, Working Sheepdogs and Jack Russells.

She trains agility full time and has done for many years, giving training days and seminars and working with a massive variety of dogs and handlers of all ages and abilities.

Bonny grew up in Belgium where she went to the British School of Brussels, before completing a First Class MA at The University of Edinburgh.

Bonny believes that just as dogs learn best through positive reinforcement, people learn best that way too. The key is to push people to do better while simultaneously recognizing their successes and achievements.
